On May 28th, we had the honor of testifying before the Ohio Senate committee in strong support of Senate Resolution 69, which calls upon the U.S. Congress to recognize and address the long-standing human rights crisis involving the forced eviction, displacement, and oppression of over 120,000 Bhutanese citizens.Our goal is clear: To reunite families across borders by acknowledging the injustices committed and advocating for the right of resettled Bhutanese to return home. We seek justice. We seek accountability from the Government of Bhutan.
